RETURN POLICY

We will accept unworn, unwashed Bwana merchandise. You will have 30 days to initiate your return

from the time your package is received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event of an exchange, you have 30 days to initiate the exchange from the time your package

was received. The return shipping of the Bwana is the customer's responsibility but we will cover the

shipping of your new item.

lost package POLICY

We send all packages through USPS

once a package is in the hands of USPS we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged goods
